Return and Refund Policy for Maker Factory

Right of Return

We offer a right of return of 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as you received it

• Unused and in original packaging

Please note: Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned, unless there is an error or defect with the product.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to info@makerfactory.dk with:

• Your order number

• A description of the reason for the return

Step 2: Receive Return Information

We will send you a return address along with any instructions.

Step 3: Send the Item Back

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• We recommend sending returns with track & trace.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the money will automatically be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• If the item does not meet the return requirements, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Complaints

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Photos of the damage

• A description of the problem

We will assess the case and find an appropriate solution, either a replacement or refund.
