Shipping & Returns
Here are some of the most common questions about shipping, returns and exchanges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the destination and can be viewed at checkout. Please note that customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Production times vary depending on the product, but most orders ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of non-customized items within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. Please contact us before returning an item.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method. Within Denmark, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. International shipments may take longer depending on the shipping company and any customs clearance.

How do I make a purchase?
It's easy to shop with us! You can either:
- Order directly on our website by adding items to the cart and completing checkout.
- Contact us to get a quote and pay via credit card, MobilePay upon receipt of invoice or of course online.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us - we will be happy to help!
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
Can I change my billing address after I have placed my order?
The billing address cannot be changed after an order has been completed. If you have made a mistake, please contact us so we can see if there is a solution. However, the change will not affect the actual delivery of your order.
