• An order is only binding once it has been confirmed by Maker Factory.

• Delivery time depends on the ordered item and production capacity.

• Maker Factory is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers.

• The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details.

4. Complaints and Warranty

• Any errors or defects in the product must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.

• Maker Factory reserves the right to remedy the fault by repair or replacement.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

• Standard products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Maker Factory cannot be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or loss of profit.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

• Maker Factory reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
